Do I need any research experience?
None at all. The course is designed for people who have never done formal customer research before. You'll build everything from scratch with templates and guidance at every step.
How much time does this take each week?
There's one live session per week with Sandra, plus the self-paced lesson content to work through at your own pace. Sessions are designed to be practical and focused; the templates do the heavy lifting.
What if I can't make a live session?
Every session is recorded and the replay is available shortly after. You won't miss anything, and you can revisit any lesson at any point during the cohort.
Do I need a big audience to do this?
No. You only need a handful of customers or potential customers to do meaningful research. The course shows you exactly how to recruit participants and get useful data even with a small audience.
Is this only for membership owners?
The course is built with membership and course owners in mind, but the methodology works for any small business owner who wants to understand their customers better. Coaches, consultants, and service providers will find it equally valuable.

Hi, meet your guide
I'm Sandra, a former software engineer and UX researcher with 15 years of experience helping businesses understand their customers.
I left corporate IT to build something of my own, and somewhere along the way, I realised that the same research methods I used at the corporate level work just as well for a one-person membership business. They just need to be translated into something a real human can actually do on a Tuesday morning.
